The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (TKTA) ensures the determination of quality levels of educational programs and the implementation of requirements. While performing its duties and exercising its rights, the Agency interacts with state bodies (institutions) and municipalities, international and non-governmental organizations, and other legal and natural persons.

Accreditation standards
The independent accreditation and rating agency IAAR conducts international accreditation based on standards developed on the basis of ESG and WFME standards.
Accreditation procedures
The process creates a legal guarantee for determining the status of the educational institution, the number of students studying in each specialty (program), and extending its activity to the next period. Accreditation of the educational institution is carried out by the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education every 5 years.
