Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our instructional design team to define course objectives and content outlines.
• Develop high-quality course materials, including lectures, presentations, quizzes, and interactive activities.
• Ensure course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the most recent medical research and practices.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and instructional strategies to enhance learner comprehension and retention.
• Create assessments that effectively measure learner knowledge and understanding.
• Participate in course reviews and updates to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Engage with learners through discussion forums and provide timely feedback and support.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in medical education and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent in a medical specialty.
• Proven experience in medical education, course development, or curriculum design.
• In-depth knowledge of medical subjects and a passion for advancing medical education.

Requirements

• Experience in e-learning and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle.
